Close to everything. Pingo Doce, the best supermarket in Pombal (but there are 2 more which are good) in my opinion, is only 10 minutes walk away. Mr Pizza is close too. Restaurants bars and stores everywhere close by. And peaceful too, …

Very comfortable stay! Especially very comfortable beds! Good location and very friendly staff. I had a great view of the castle and church from my balcony The free breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer!

BE VERY CAREFUL because they have some horrible cubicles they book as emergency when they are full. BUT THESE HORRIBLE CUBICLES ARE NOT what they advertise online. Also, the fridge was dirty, the room is NOT soundproofed and breakfast was the worst I've experienced in Portugal. I prefer no breakfast and lower room prices. They advertised a mini bar and a safe but my shoebox / cubicle had neither. Internet was fine. The good reviews are from lucky customers who got what they paid for. But if you get the emergency rooms it will completely ruin your stay. I spent all morning getting a partial refund, which I finally did (but not from the hotel, I got it from the third-party website I used to book this hotel). The bed in this cubicle was so small (because the room is so small) my legs were outside of the bed and if I turned I risked falling off the bed. So I did not move and today I have a backache, which I never do. See my photos. If you check the real photos I posted here against what they advertise online, you will understand. The room I was given should be half price or they should not make it available at all. Nobody likes to get something different from what they booked.
